Trees and Trails inspires learning through discovery and adventure in the heart of Baton Rouge at LSU AgCenter's Burden Center on Essen Lane.

The Junior League of Baton Rouge launched the trees and trails program with a generous grant award in 2004-2005. The Junior League blazed trails, designed the program logo, launched a marketing campaign and organized the grand opening.

 

Dedicated Forum 35 "Service Saturday" volunteers lead trail blazing activities in the spring of 2005. Forum 35 is a Trees and Trails project partner.
